The QuickLock locking mechanism allows independent holding and clamping on the pipe, ensuring precise and rapid placement of the cutting wheel on the pipe. High-quality needle bearings allow the cutting wheel and four guide rollers to achieve easy and effective cutting, with the device capable of cutting pipes with a wall thickness of up to 2 mm and in a diameter range from 6 to 76 mm (1/4" - 3"). The cutting wheel is made of high-quality steel and equipped with ball bearings, contributing to longer life and easy handling. The replacement of the cutting wheel is simple and fast, requiring no tools — the spare cutting wheel is conveniently stored in the handle. The device also includes a detachable, precisely ground deburring tool. This tool is ideal for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning, allowing easy cutting of gas and water pipes made of copper, brass, and stainless steel. In the electrical industry, it cuts solid steel conduits and strips armored cables from steel wires. The cutting wheel can easily be positioned and fastened on the pipe with one hand, increasing work efficiency.
