Cast iron cauldron 10.8l

The cast iron cauldron with a capacity of 10.8 l is made for preparing hearty goulash, pörkölt and other traditional dishes. Natural cast iron retains and distributes heat evenly, which gives dishes their unmistakable flavour. The cauldron with a diameter of 37.5 cm can be used over an open fire as well as on a gas cooker.
Before first use, remove the protective anti-rust wax by burning it off: wash the cauldron in hot water with a mild detergent, wipe it dry, grease it with fat or bacon and heat it thoroughly. After each use, wash it with warm soapy water, dry it and rub it with fat to prevent rusting.
