Cast iron steak pan 30cm with lid
This cast iron steak pan with a diameter of 30 cm and rounded handles is made for preparing juicy meat with a perfect crust. The solid cast iron offers excellent and even heat distribution, so steaks, schnitzels or vegetables cook through evenly. A lid is included, with which the total height reaches approximately 12 cm.You can use the pan over an open fire, on a gas or electric hob, in the oven, on embers and in a stove – use oven gloves. Before first use, remove the protective oil with hot soapy water, dry it, grease it and heat it up. After every use, wash the pan, dry it thoroughly and rub it with fat to prevent rusting.
