Cast iron pot 3in1 with lid 32cm
This cast iron 3in1 pot with a diameter of 32 cm is universal cookware for the household as well as outdoor cooking – it serves as a casserole, a kettle and a steak pan when you turn the lid over and use it as a flat griddle. Around the world it is also known as a dutch oven or kazan, ideal for pilaf, stewed meat or baking bread.You can use it on all types of hobs including induction, over an open fire, in the oven, on embers and in a stove – use an oven glove. The surface is treated with vegetable oil; before first use wash it with hot water and detergent, dry it, rub it with fat and heat it up. After every use wash the pot, dry it thoroughly and coat it with fat to protect it against corrosion.
