This enamelled cast iron casserole with a diameter of 20 cm and a capacity of approximately 2 litres is a universal helper for braising, roasting and slow cooking. Cast iron with its excellent and even heat distribution maintains a stable temperature, so sauces, meat or pulses develop a perfect flavour. The elegant white finish with enamel inside and out will brighten up your kitchen and your table.You can use the casserole on all hobs including induction, over an open fire, in the oven and in a stove; it does not belong in the microwave and you should use oven gloves when handling it. The enamelled surface is easy to clean with a mild washing-up liquid; rub the non-enamelled parts with fat after washing.
