Enamelled cast iron duck roaster oval 30cm 4.2l turquoise
This oval enamelled cast iron duck roaster in turquoise with a capacity of approximately 4.2 litres is ideal for slow roasting of poultry and larger pieces of meat. Cast iron excels in excellent and even heat distribution which it retains for a long time, so the meat comes out tender and juicy. You can use the roaster on all hobs including induction, over an open fire, in the oven and in a stove; it does not belong in a microwave oven.Thanks to the enamelled surface both outside and inside the cookware is easy to clean – wash it in warm water with a neutral detergent and dry it thoroughly. We recommend coating the unenamelled edges with fat or oil to prevent corrosion. The cookware heats up during use, so use oven gloves.
