Enamelled cast iron pot 28.5cm 6l turquoise
This enamelled cast iron pot with a lid in an attractive turquoise colour with a generous capacity of approximately 6 litres is made for slow stewing, roasting and cooking for the whole family. Cast iron excels in excellent and even heat distribution which it retains for a long time, so dishes come out tender and juicy. You can use the pot on all hobs including induction, over an open fire, in the oven and in a stove; it does not belong in a microwave oven.Thanks to the enamelled surface both outside and inside the cookware is easy to clean – wash it in warm water with a neutral detergent and dry it thoroughly. We recommend coating the unenamelled edges with fat or oil to prevent corrosion. The cookware heats up during use, so use oven gloves.
