Shallow Enamelled Cast Iron Pot Leonardo 26cm
The shallow cast iron pot in matte burgundy from the Leonardo collection is made for slow cooking, braising, searing and baking in the oven. Cast iron retains heat for a long time and distributes it evenly, so goulash, ragù or baked dishes cook until beautifully tender and their flavour is enhanced. The three-layer glossy enamel on the outside and inside prevents sticking, does not absorb odours and the cast iron does not need seasoning.
The pot is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction hobs and you can use it in the oven without worry. You can take it straight from the oven to the table, where it keeps food warm for a long time and looks festive thanks to its burgundy colour. The surface is easy to clean and suitable for everyday use.
