The paint thickness tester is designed for accurate measurement of paint and lacquer layer thickness, especially on motor vehicle bodies. Thanks to quick contact measurement, it is possible to check the paint thickness of the entire vehicle in a few minutes. Measurement can reveal damaged parts that have been repaired with a layer of filler or unprofessionally sprayed. The device measures the thickness of the layers in micrometers.
