Compact Bolt Cutter - CoBolt® 250mm KNIPEX
The CoBolt XL compact bolt cutter with a length of 250 mm is designed for powerful cutting of larger cross-sections and very hard materials. During work you hold it with both hands, making use of maximum cutting force. The special joint multiplies hand force up to 40 times, so compared with conventional high leverage diagonal cutters you need about 60 % less effort.
The blades have a recess close to the joint, where the leverage is greatest, which makes it easier to cut round material such as hard wires. The precise blades are induction-hardened to approx. 64 HRC. The gripping zone below the joint is used for gripping and pulling wires from Ø 1.0 mm, and the handles are plastic-coated.
