Our compressors possess all required certifications and have been tested in the laboratory of the European notified body, which sets us apart from many other manufacturers in the market. The compressors can be registered at the technical inspection office. The powerful two-cylinder compressor unit in V configuration ensures a tank pressure of 8 bars and an effective performance at 392L/min. The compressor is driven by an electric motor with a power of 2.2 kW / 3HP. The massive compressor cylinders are made of cast iron, which ensures high reliability. The large mass of the cylinder effectively dissipates heat, preventing the compressor from overheating during operation. This compressor is intended for paint applications, blowing, pumping, sandblasting, cleaning, and similar activities. Valuable advantages of our compressors include low operating costs, versatility, precision, and a high level of work culture. The device has 2 outputs on European quick couplings standardized as EURO, one of the outputs is regulated via an integrated reducer, displaying the working pressure on the pressure gauge. The second output provides full tank pressure, at which time the pressure gauge shows the current tank pressure. The pressure switch is set to a maximum pressure of 8 bars; when the tank pressure reaches this value, the compressor switches off, with reactivation occurring when the tank pressure falls below 6 bars. Certified safety valve ensures safety in case of failure/blockage of the pressure switch, intervening in case of exceeding the safe pressure value in the tank and releasing excess pressure if necessary. The compressor tank is galvanized inside and outside. The tank is equipped with a drain valve allowing the drainage of accumulated water, thus protecting it from corrosion. The mobility of the device is ensured by wheels made of durable thermo-hardened material covered with a wear-resistant rubber layer. An additional transport handle facilitates the movement of the compressor around the workspace. Compressor oil may enter through air filters during improper position transport, causing operational issues in many cases. Thus, we sell compressors without oil charge to protect them during transport. Oil is supplied in a separate bottle in the correct amount for first application.Technical data:
