The John Gardener cordless garden shears with a telescopic pole let you prune a tree crown from the ground, without a ladder and without balancing with hand pruners above your head. A motor with a maximum output of 800 W cuts a branch with a diameter of up to 30 mm with a single squeeze of the trigger, so you can prune a whole orchard in an afternoon.
The telescopic pole adjusts in the range of 1,65 to 2,5 meters and the shears head can be tilted at an angle, which helps with cuts you cannot reach directly. The high-carbon steel blade keeps its edge and cuts cleanly, which matters more for the health of the plant than speed. Two 21 V Li-Ion batteries with a capacity of 2,0 Ah last four to five hours of work and charge in an hour and a half, so you can charge one while working with the other. The whole set is stored in a carrying case.
