TCT core drill for metal 22mm
The TCT core drill for metal with a diameter of 22mm and a maximum drilling depth of 25mm is suitable for drilling larger diameter holes in steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, wood, and plastics. Carbide blades offer exceptional hardness and heat resistance, making them significantly more durable than standard HSS tools. The pilot drill made of HSS steel with titanium coating improves cutting accuracy, and the spring facilitates waste removal. The solid construction minimizes vibrations and significantly increases drilling accuracy. Carbide teeth have up to ten times the lifespan compared to bimetal saws and can be resharpened. The equipment includes an interchangeable pilot drill, spring, secure three-sided holder against slipping, and protective collar against too deep drilling. It is recommended to use cooling lubricant.
