Biscuit shaper no.5
The biscuit shaper helps to give rolled-out dough the same shape and size, so all the pieces on the tray bake in the same time and none stays raw or burnt. In home baking this does away with guesswork and cutting out with the rim of a glass.
Pattern number 5 gives the biscuits a decorative outline that suits Christmas baking as well as common butter and gingerbread dough during the year. It is used on dough rolled out on a floured board, into which it is pressed and the finished shape taken out. After the baking is done it is enough to wash it in warm water and wipe it dry.
