Biscuit shaper no.8
The biscuit shaper marked no. 8 helps to cut pieces of the same size and shape out of rolled dough. The biscuits then bake evenly in the oven and look like they came from a confectionery on the tray.
It is simple to work with – roll out the dough to an even thickness, press the shaper down and move the cut shape onto a tray lined with baking paper. After use wash it in warm water with washing-up liquid and let it dry thoroughly, so that it keeps a clean edge.
