Cutting disc for metal 115x1,0x22,23mm 25pcs
Cutting discs for metal with a thickness of only 1 mm are built for the fast and clean cutting of thinner materials. The narrow profile means less material removal, less resistance during the cut and especially lower heating of the workpiece, so the cut edge stays nice and the material does not burn. The discs are intended for angle grinders with a 22,23 mm mounting.
Each disc is made of a solid abrasive based on aluminium oxide, reinforced with glass fabric and bonded with synthetic resin. This composition guarantees smooth running, high resistance to cracking and a long service life even during intensive use. The maximum permissible speed of 13300 rpm corresponds to common grinders with a disc diameter of 115 mm. The discs are supplied in a package of 25 pieces, which is a practical solution for workshops, assembly companies and also handymen with a larger volume of work.
