Piping bag 30cm
The piping bag with a length of 30 cm is a basic aid for decorating cakes, filling eclairs and cream puffs and also for piping meringues or dough for small biscuits. It will serve equally well for festive baking as for an everyday dessert for Sunday lunch.
Fill the cream into the bag to no more than two thirds of its volume and twist the upper part firmly – the pressure then guides the cream evenly towards the tip and the decoration has a clean shape. You cut the tip as needed or insert a decorating nozzle into it. A shorter bag is comfortably controlled with one hand, which you will appreciate when decorating small pastries and with smaller amounts of cream.
