Piping bag 40cm
The piping bag with a length of 40 cm is a basic aid for decorating cakes, filling eclairs and cream puffs and also for piping meringues or dough for small biscuits. It will serve equally well for festive baking as for an everyday dessert for Sunday lunch.
Fill the cream into the bag to no more than two thirds of its volume and twist the upper part firmly – the pressure then guides the cream evenly towards the tip and the decoration has a clean shape. You cut the tip as needed or insert a decorating nozzle into it. The length of 40 cm means more cream per filling, so you do not have to interrupt the work so often.
