Diamond Drill Bit Set 6–10mm for Tiles, 3pcs HEX
The set of three diamond drill bits is designed for drilling holes in porcelain stoneware and ceramic tiles, porcelain and natural stone — that is, where an ordinary masonry drill bit just slips and splits the tile. The diameters of 6, 8 and 10 mm cover most common installations: wall plugs for a shelf, a shower holder, a mirror or bathroom accessories.
The drill bits have a diamond coating 10 mm high and are filled with wax, which carries heat away during drilling, so they work dry and you do not need to supply water to them. The hexagonal HEX 1/4" shank holds firmly in a chuck as well as in a cordless screwdriver and does not spin. It is important to keep to the maximum speed of 1000 rpm — at higher speeds the diamond coating overheats unnecessarily and burns out faster.
