Glass and Ceramic Drill Bit 4mm, 1/4" HEX Shank
The glass and ceramic drill bit with a diameter of 4 mm handles exactly what ordinary masonry drill bits fail at — a clean hole in a brittle material without cracks and chips. It comes in handy whenever you need to hang a shelf, a holder or a bathroom accessory on tiles, paving or a glass pane and don't want to risk damaging expensive material.
The bit has four sintered tungsten carbide cutting edges that keep their sharpness for a long time and resist abrasion even in hard porcelain stoneware. The precisely ground tip geometry prevents slipping on a smooth surface and reduces the risk of glass cracking. The hexagonal 1/4" HEX shank grips firmly in a drill chuck as well as in a quick-release bit holder, so it does not spin during drilling.
