Automatic Transfer Switch ATS for Generator
This automatic ATS transfer switch is designed to work with a generator and ensures an uninterrupted power supply to the electrical installation. In the event of a mains voltage failure, it automatically starts the generator and switches the power supply over to it, so important appliances remain in operation even without operator intervention.
After detecting a failure, the switch sends a signal to the starter and the fuel solenoid valve, and once the generator reaches the correct voltage, it switches the load over to it. When mains power is restored, it automatically switches the installation back and turns the generator off. The control panel has three LED indicators (mains, load, generator), an ON/OFF switch, a fuse and an emergency STOP button, the cabinet is lockable with a key, and inside there are connection terminal blocks, a 5-pin connector for communication with the generator and an earthing terminal. The system also provides battery charging and signals faults with an alarm.
