Electric pizza oven 1200W up to 420°C
The difference between home-made and pizzeria pizza is the temperature. A normal oven gives 250 °C, this oven 420 °C – at such a temperature the dough bakes in a few minutes, the rim puffs up and the bottom stays crispy instead of dried out.
Baking takes place on a ceramic stone, which stores heat and draws the moisture out of the dough – and that is precisely what an ordinary baking tray cannot do. You set the temperature in five levels from 180 °C to 420 °C and the time with a rotary knob; you follow the process through the transparent glass window and on the thermometer, so the lid does not have to be opened. Air circulation ensures even baking. The lid closes softly and the feet with suction cups hold the oven on the worktop. The package contains two peels, a 2-in-1 knife and a stone with handles.
