If you have chosen personal collection at our Pro-Tech Tools store in Jesenského 8 in Zvolen, please wait until you receive an e-mail that your order is in stock and ready for personal collection. Inventories are constantly changing, so it may happen that the goods are not in stock and cannot be delivered at the required time. Of course, in this case we will inform you immediately by phone. Since the supplier replenishes the goods every week, it is not a problem to deliver them within 4 - 14 days from the date of ordering.

Upon receiving, please check the condition of the goods, if the goods are damaged, write a note with the courier. We cannot replace damaged goods without a note.

If the delivery could not be delivered due to your fault, you will be liable for a contractual penalty according to the terms and conditions.

Payment terms:

When ordering outside the Slovak Republic, the only accepted payment is payment in advance to a bank account.
