Piston cigarette filling machine for 8mm tubes
The piston mechanism is what distinguishes a table filling machine from hand injectors: the tobacco is pressed evenly along the whole length of the tube, so the cigarette does not draw loosely one time and not at all the next and the tobacco does not spill out.
