Resistance band set for exercising 5pcs fabric
Five resistance levels from 5 kg up to 30 – 35 kg mean that the set covers the whole journey from the first workout to advanced exercising – and in addition it makes it possible to vary the load depending on whether you are working the glutes, the shoulders or doing rehabilitation.
The fabric bands are 8 cm wide, so they do not twist, roll up or cut into the skin like thin latex bands – with squats and calf raises that is the main practical difference. The inner side is non-slip, so the band stays where you put it. The circumference of 74 cm suits the legs, the glutes, the abdomen and the shoulders. The colour distinction according to resistance (purple, turquoise, pink, grey and black) makes it easier to find your way around. The enclosed QR code leads to a ready-made training plan and the set includes a carrying bag.
