Ceramic Pot 5l Airtight Honey


The ceramic pot with a capacity of 5 litres in a honey shade is fitted with an airtight closure that limits the access of air to the contents. Thanks to this the fermentation of vegetables proceeds evenly and the food keeps its taste longer. The thick wall of fired ceramic dampens temperature swings and protects the contents from light. The glaze is smooth, safe for health and resistant to acidic brines.

You will use the vessel for sauerkraut, cucumbers and other pickled foods and it will serve just as well for storing lard. The warm honey shade looks lovely in the pantry as well as right in the kitchen. It is washed with lukewarm water without aggressive cleaning agents.
