Lid for Preserving Jars Diameter 66mm RTS White
The RTS lid with a diameter of 66 mm serves as a replacement closure for smaller preserving jars with a twist-off neck. The body of the lid is made of lacquered sheet metal and on the inside it has a sealing layer, which after processing creates an airtight joint. The white colour is universal and forms a clean background for your own labels marking the contents. It is closed with a simple twist without the need for any tools.
The smaller diameter suits jars for jams, purees, horseradish, mustard or herbal mixes. Fit the lid onto a clean and dry neck so that the seal sits along the whole rim. Once cooled, the centre of the lid bends slightly inwards, which signals a correct seal.
