Drying is the cheapest way to process a harvest without a freezer and preserving – and with mushrooms the only sensible one. Five trays with a total capacity of 10 litres handle a larger batch at once, not just one tray.
The temperature regulation is decisive: a range of 35 to 70 °C makes it possible to dry herbs at a low temperature without losing aroma and fruit or meat at a higher one. A timer of up to 72 hours covers even slow drying, which you would otherwise have to check. The fan with thermocirculation distributes the air to all levels, so the trays do not have to be rearranged. The LCD display shows the settings. Rich accessories – two trays for liquid products, two mesh ones, two non-stick mats, a 3-in-1 knife and tongs – cover fruit puree as well as fine herbs. Power 400 W, materials BPA free.
