The vacuum suction cup is designed for moving smooth and flat elements, such as glass, tiles, furniture boards, or sheets. It ensures a safe and stable grip, even for heavy items. The device offers a suction power of up to 200 kg with a diameter of 200 mm, allowing safe and effective transport of large elements during various assembly applications. Once activated, the device automatically sucks air and turns off the pump once the pressure exceeds 40 kPa, ensuring a quick and maintenance-free activation process. In case of micro-leak detection, the suction cup automatically replenishes the vacuum, ensuring continuous and safe operation even for longer periods. It includes intuitive one-button controls allowing activation, standby mode, hibernation, and quick air release with double tapping. The replaceable battery with a quick charging function and precise charge indicator (0-100%) ensures mobility and comfort of work without the need for a power connection. The LCD display informs about the suction state, stop, pressure level, and battery recharge requirement, enhancing control and safety. Ergonomic design with a handle adapted for one-handed control and matte surface providing a firm grip. The practical carrying case makes the device extremely convenient and portable. It is intended for moving flat and smooth elements, such as glass, ceramic tiles, sheets, furniture boards, and laminated elements.
