Enamelled scalding basket 40cm
This enamelled scalding basket with a diameter of 42 cm is a traditional helper at pig slaughtering and meat processing. It is made of enamelled sheet steel in a blue-grey shade, which is hygienic, resistant to high temperatures and easy to maintain.The practical handle can be locked, so the contents of the basket do not spill during handling. Once lifted out, the handle folds down and the basket takes up a minimum of space in storage. Wash with a neutral detergent, without abrasive products.
