Cast iron grilling disc 44cm with legs

This cast iron grilling disc with a diameter of 44 cm is made for preparing food over an open fire. The solid natural cast iron stores heat excellently and distributes it evenly across the whole surface, so on the disc you can prepare juicy meat, gypsy roast, vegetables and eggs. The legs, 18.5 cm long, ensure it stands stably right above the embers.
Before first use, burn off the protective wax from the disc, wash it with hot water and a mild washing-up liquid, dry it, grease it and heat it up. After every use, wash the disc, dry it thoroughly and rub it with fat to prevent rusting.
