The iron plate with a diameter of 48,7 cm is intended for grilling or roasting meat and vegetables. It is used over an open flame or a burner can be placed under it. It can be used as a standard iron plate positioned on three legs or suspended on a tripod. Before first use, we recommend washing it with a neutral liquid dishwashing detergent, drying it, and then greasing it with fat or bacon to prevent rust.
