Plasterboard Edge Planer 45° and 60°
The plasterboard edge planer chamfers the edge of the board at exactly 45° or 60°. The chamfered edge creates a groove between the boards that can be properly filled with joint compound and tape — the joint then does not crack and is not visible after painting. Without chamfering, cracks most often appear precisely at the junction of the boards.
The tool has two interchangeable cutting modules, which you switch between depending on the angle you need at the moment. Each module contains three blades, so the material is removed evenly across the whole width of the edge and the cut is clean, without fraying the paper facing. The package also includes 10 spare blades, and the ergonomically shaped handle made of durable plastic sits comfortably in the hand even during longer work.
