Stillson Adjustable Pipe Wrench 24"
The Stillson-type pipe wrench is a plumber's essential tool for gripping and turning pipes, couplings and fittings with a smooth surface. The serrated jaws self-lock into the material under load, so you can loosen even a joint on which a standard spanner slips.
The 24 inch size is one of the largest hand-held versions and is designed for larger diameter pipes in heating, water and gas pipework. You can continuously adjust the jaw opening with the rotating nut, and the long handle gives enough leverage even for rusted and tightly fastened joints.
