Pizza stone 38x36cm with bamboo peel
The 38 x 36 cm cordierite pizza stone stores heat similarly to a traditional oven, so you achieve a crispy base and evenly baked dough in an ordinary home oven. In addition, the material draws moisture away from the dough, which therefore bakes faster and stays crisp. The stone is thick and resistant to high temperatures and thermal shocks.
You can use it in the oven, on the grill and in a wood-fired oven, and not only for pizza – it works just as well for baking bread, pastries, cakes or meat. The included bamboo peel makes putting in and taking out pizza easier without the risk of burns, and you can hang it on a jute cord. Cleaning is easy, just wipe the cooled stone.
