Siliconised baking paper 6mx28cm
Siliconised baking paper in a roll measuring 6 m x 28 cm is suitable for smaller trays, tins and trays from combination ovens or air fryers. The narrower width means fewer offcuts and the paper does not have to be folded over the edges of the tray.
The silicone finish resists the heat in the oven and does not let grease through, so the dough does not stick and the tray only needs wiping after baking. The paper also serves for separating layers of biscuits during storage or for lining the board when rolling out dough. It tears off the roll to the required length without scissors.
