Thick smooth catering aluminium foil
Thick catering aluminium foil is intended for food outlets as well as for households that use a large amount of foil. It will serve for covering a roasting tin during baking, for wrapping meat, fish and vegetables, for keeping finished meals warm and also for packing portions for delivery.
The greater thickness compared with ordinary kitchen foils means that the aluminium foil does not tear so easily during wrapping and holds its shape better around a roasting tin or bowl. The smooth surface adheres well to the edges of the container and prevents moisture and aroma from escaping. The foil can be used in the oven as well as when freezing food.
