This set combines five kitchen knives and a bamboo chopping board, in other words everything you need to have to hand when preparing food. It includes a bread knife with a 20 cm serrated blade, a 20 cm chef's knife, a 20 cm slicing knife, a 12.5 cm utility knife and a 9 cm paring knife. The blades are laser-cut, which ensures precise edge geometry. The wine-red finish from the Burgundy collection looks tasteful in the kitchen. The set is ideal for your own home or as a gift.
Each knife has its own purpose: the serrated blade slices bread without crushing it, the chef's knife handles chopping and dicing, and the slicing knife cuts thin slices of meat and vegetables. The utility and paring knives are designed for finer work, trimming and peeling. The bamboo board is gentler on the edge than a glass or stone surface; after use, wipe it with a damp cloth and leave it to dry. Wash the knives by hand and store them so that the blades do not touch each other.
