Food processor with a heated 5,5l bowl and a scale
The heated bowl is what distinguishes this processor from ordinary planetary mixers: you set the temperature in the range of 25 to 45 °C, which is exactly the range in which yeast dough and pizza dough rise – so you do not have to look for a warm spot in the kitchen and the rising is faster and more even.
The second practical thing is the built-in scale: you weigh the ingredients directly in the bowl, without another scale and another dish. Eleven speed levels, a timer and a memory function give you control over every phase. The set contains three attachments – a hook for heavy dough, a mixer for medium-thick mixtures and a whisk for whipping – plus a spatula, an egg separator and piping bags. The bowl has a capacity of 5,5 litres, the operation is quiet (76 dB), the parts are washed in the dishwasher and the materials are BPA free.
