Zirconium flap disc 125mm P60 for welds and edges
The flap disc with zirconium abrasive of P60 grit is intended for intensive grinding of metal, above all for levelling welds and chamfering edges. The fan-shaped arrangement of the flaps carries away heat and keeps exposing new abrasive, so the disc removes material evenly right up to the end of its service life.
The zirconium grain is harder and more durable than ordinary corundum, therefore it also copes with structural steel and hard weld deposits. The diameter of 125 mm and the mounting hole of 22.2 mm fit common angle grinders, so you will make use of the disc when removing rust, levelling surfaces and also when preparing parts before painting or welding.
