Side crimping pliers, chrome-plated, with immersion-applied insulation, VDE tested 160 mm KNIPEX are suitable for versatile use. They have a 20% higher cutting force than the previous model thanks to the optimized geometry of the blades and transmission. High-precision blades: additional induction hardened, blade hardness approx. 62 HRC. For even operation and long life, they contain a stable, precise rivet. The narrow head with long blades guarantees good accessibility even when there is a lack of space. They are made of vanadium electric steel, forged and hardened in oil in several stages.
