Sugar meter
The sugar meter is used to determine the concentration of fermented sugars in grape must in kg per 100 liters of must. The glass sugar meter serves as a sugar meter and alcohol content indicator. The measurement is most accurate at a temperature of 20°C. Carefully dip the sugar meter into the must so that it does not touch the walls of the vessel.
