Wine Siphon with Pump and Hose 54cm


The wine siphon is a simple aid for transferring wine, must or another fermented drink from a demijohn into bottles without needlessly stirring up the sediment. The set consists of a rigid inlet tube 40 cm long, a flexible ribbed hose 54 cm long and a hand pump 13 cm long. All the parts are made of plastic intended for contact with food, so they do not affect the taste or the colour of the drink. The transfer takes place by gravity, the pump serves only to start the flow.

The aid will be used by every home winemaker when racking young wine, but also when pouring juices, syrups or spirits. In the demijohn the tube is positioned above the layer of lees, so that only the clear drink gets into the bottles. After use it is enough to rinse the whole set with clean water and let it dry.
