The torque wrench is a precise measuring device designed for controlled tightening of screws and nuts with a precisely defined torque. It is suitable for use in the automotive industry, workshops and wherever the manufacturer specifies a precise tightening torque value. It allows tightening in the range from 1 to 25 Nm and is designed for threaded joints where the material, screw strength and safety of the joint need to be taken into account. Once the set torque is reached, the mechanical ratchet skips one tooth and emits a characteristic click sound, signalling correct tightening. The torque scale is located on the handle and adjustment is made by rotating it. After setting, the wrench is secured with a lock at the end of the handle.
