Why use LISTERINE^® mouthwash?
Rinsing your mouth twice a day is not just a great way to maintain fresh breath. It is also key to the cleanliness of the entire mouth. It is true that by brushing alone, only 25% of the mouth is cleaned. The power of the mouthwash defeats bacteria in the oral cavity, on the teeth, and gums. LISTERINE^® has a clinically proven antibacterial effect – it contains a unique combination of 4 essential oils, while simultaneously keeping the oral flora in balance.
By using twice a day, LISTERINE^® removes bacteria that remain in the mouth after teeth brushing. It has been proven that LISTERINE^® improves oral hygiene and works on areas that are difficult to reach with a toothbrush. It also limits and prevents the formation of dental plaque, one of the main causes of problems with gums, and refreshes your breath.

Usage:
The mouthwash is particularly effective when used in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Measure 20 ml (4 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass, rinse the area around the teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out.
