12-Cup Muffin Tray with Non-Stick Coating Anthracite
This tray with twelve cups is designed for muffins, tartlets and small savoury pastries. Thick carbon steel distributes heat evenly, so all the pieces bake the same. The three-layer TitanPro non-stick coating lets you bake even without paper cases. The dimensions of 35 × 26.5 × 3 cm fit standard ovens.
Lightly grease the cups before baking, which helps the coating on first use. After baking, let the muffins stand briefly, then loosen them and transfer them to a wire rack. Wash the tray in warm water with a soft sponge and wipe it dry to prevent stains from forming. The matte anthracite finish belongs to the Anthracite collection.
