Grill Pan with Lid and Titanium Coating Sahara 28cm
The 28 cm grill pan creates typical grill marks on steaks, chicken breasts, fish and vegetables without you having to go out into the garden. The forged aluminium body is light and retains heat well, and the three-layer titanPro non-stick coating is scratch-resistant and food releases from it easily even with a minimum of oil. Unlike an ordinary grill pan, it has a glass lid under which the meat stays juicy and you can also use it for braising. The matte cream finish with a light wood-effect handle belongs to the Nordic-inspired Sahara collection.
The turbo induction base heats up quickly and evenly and, according to the manufacturer, shortens cooking time by up to 35 %. The pan is suitable for induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs. The tempered glass lid has a steam vent and a silicone rim that cushions closing, and the handle and knob with a soft-touch finish stay cool during cooking. To make the non-stick coating last as long as possible, the manufacturer recommends washing by hand. The coating contains no PFOA, lead or cadmium.
