This grill pan from the Matte Black collection with a diameter of 28 cm, a depth of 4.1 cm and a capacity of 2.1 l lets you grill meat and vegetables right on the hob. The raised ribs leave characteristic stripes on the food and excess fat runs off below the level of the ingredients. The body is made of forged aluminium, which distributes heat evenly and maintains a constant temperature even with a larger portion. The inside is protected by a three-layer titanPro non-stick coating. The matte black finish looks modern and minimalist.
The ergonomic soft-grip handle stays cool, so you can handle the pan safely even while grilling. The turbo induction base shortens heating time and the pan is suitable for gas, electric hotplates and induction. The materials contain no PFOA, lead or cadmium, making cooking safer. The non-stick coating lets you grill with less fat and is easy to clean after cooking. Use wooden or silicone utensils.
