The deep frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm, a height of 6,5 cm and a capacity of 2,3 l handles searing meat, stir-frying vegetables and simmering sauces or smaller portions of goulash. The forged aluminium body distributes heat evenly and the three-layer titanPro non-stick coating is durable in everyday use. The matte burgundy colour from the Leonardo collection with a minimalist design is attractive enough for you to serve food straight from the pan. The coating contains no PFOA, lead or cadmium.
The tempered glass lid lets you watch the food without losing heat, the silicone rim cushions it when closing and the steam vent prevents boiling over. The stainless steel knob with a gold PVD finish adds an elegant detail to the pan. The ergonomic soft-touch handle does not heat up during cooking. The turbo induction base is suitable for all types of hobs including induction.
