Deep Frying Pan with Glass Lid and Titanium Coating Taupe 24cm
This deep frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm, a height of 6,5 cm and a capacity of 2,3 l combines the advantages of a frying pan and a shallow pot. You can sear meat, sauté vegetables and then braise everything under the lid until tender. Forged aluminium distributes heat evenly and the long-lasting three-layer titanPro non-stick coating allows you to cook with less oil. The coating is free of PFOA, lead and cadmium.
The tempered glass lid with a silicone rim and a steam vent retains heat and moisture while letting you see how the food is cooking. The soft-touch handle and lid knob do not heat up during cooking. The turbo induction base heats up quickly and is suitable for induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs. The matte grey-brown shade from the Taupe collection looks modern and understated.
